Delivery Policy

At The Pet Food Market, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and convenient delivery services for our customers. Please read our delivery policy below for full details.

Delivery Schedule

• We offer next-day delivery, 7 days a week, for all eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 11:59 PM.
• Orders placed after 11:59 PM will be processed for delivery on the following day.
• A delivery window will be provided prior to your scheduled delivery.

Delivery Fees

• FREE delivery is available on orders over $49.
• Orders under $49 will incur a standard delivery fee (please check at checkout for current rates).

Frozen Item Deliveries

• Frozen items are delivered by our own team in appropriate frozen conditions to ensure product quality and safety.
• Please note: Frozen products are not left in temperature-controlled packaging after delivery. For this reason, we require customers to be present at the delivery address during their delivery window to receive frozen goods.

Customer Responsibilities

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the provided delivery window.
• If you are unable to be present, contact us in advance to reschedule or make alternative arrangements.

Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available to receive your delivery, we may need to reschedule, which could incur an additional delivery fee.
